Why Does TKTX Have Different Colour Boxes?

The packaging box of the first model of TKTX Numbing Cream produced by the TKTX factory was blue with a percentage of 20%.

Over time, there was a big increase in demand for higher percentage of Lidocaine in the TKTX Numbing Cream (the percentage on the packaging box mainly represents the length of anesthesia time). Therefore, the TKTX factory produced the second TKTX Numb Cream 39% blue box, followed with the new and improved 40% formula.

Why Are There Different Percentages Written On The TKTX Box?

The different percentages correspond to the active time of of the anaesthesia. People can choose the corresponding TKTX numbing paste according to different needs. For example, if a microblade will be used in a permanent makeup eyebrow procedure, the artist can choose the 40% blue box TKTX numbing cream, and anesthesia time is up to 4 – 5 hours.

Which Percentage Of TKTX Is Better?

The higher the percentage, the longer the anesthesia time. You can select the corresponding percentage according to the length of anesthesia time required.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We have the following shipping services available:

  • DHL Paket Premium to Major Cities (2–3 Working Days): from €7.50
  • DHL Express to Major Cities ONLY (1 Working Day/Overnight): from €20
  • FREE DHL Paket Premium Shipping for orders over €100

    Please note that orders need to be placed before 13:00 Monday to Friday (CET – Berlin time).

    If your order is placed after 13:00 on a Thursday or on a Friday, your order will only be dispatched the following business day (Monday).

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we do ship to most countries.

When can you ship?

How do I place an Order?

  1. Go to the shop tab on our website.
  2. Select the product you want.
  3. Proceed to the checkout page and select one of our secure payment methods to make payment for your order.
  4. Once payment has been confirmed you will receive your order invoice, receipt, and tracking information via e-mail.

Please note: Registration is optional, however, creating an account is highly recommended if you would like to keep track of your orders’ statuses via the ‘Order Tracking’ page on our website.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

We process orders quickly, so if you need to cancel or make changes, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
