TKTX Official (Pty) Ltd orders are governed by South African law. Jurisdiction: courts of [Cape Town, South Africa].
This does not affect mandatory consumer protections in your country.

20. Severability

If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts remain in full force.
