We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the product to us and we will repair, replace, or refund it in accordance with the terms below.
This policy applies to all products purchased from TKTX Europe®.

This policy forms part of the TKTX Europe® Terms & Conditions, and words defined in those Terms have the same meaning here unless the context indicates otherwise. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.


1. Unwanted Products

You may return an unwanted product at your own return‑shipping cost, provided that:

  • the product is undamaged and unused, with original labels and stickers still attached;
  • it is in its original packaging, undamaged and in its original condition, with all seals intact (where applicable);
  • it is not missing any accessories or parts.
  • it is not listed under Section 2 (Products not eligible for return), and
  • you log a return on the Website within 30 days of delivery (or within 7 days for products marked “Clearance”).

After 30 days (or 7 days for Clearance items), an unwanted product may be returned only if it is defective within 3 months of delivery.

We will arrange collection at your cost. Our courier may refuse collection if the item is not properly packaged for transport.

Once we inspect the product and validate the return, we will refund you or credit your account with the purchase price within 8 days.
Please note that refunds may take 5–10 working days to reflect, depending on your bank.

We may refuse a return if the product is returned:

  • damaged,
  • not in a resaleable condition, or
  • missing accessories.

We reserve the right to inspect the product to validate any return.


Not what you ordered?

If we accidentally deliver:

  • the wrong product,
  • a product not as described, or
  • a product missing accessories,

please notify us. We will collect the product at no cost to you.

After inspection, you may choose:

  • delivery of the correct item (if available), or
  • a full refund/store credit.

Refunds are processed within 8 days of return validation.


2. Products Not Eligible for Return

The following cannot be refunded, exchanged, or credited:

  • Items sold as “On Sale” or “Clearance” at reduced prices.

3. Defective Products

We take great care to ensure that products are of high quality and free from defects.

What counts as a defect?

A defect is a material imperfection or characteristic that makes the product less acceptable than a reasonable consumer would expect.

NOT considered defects:

  • normal wear and tear;
  • damage caused by negligence, misuse, or incorrect use;
  • damage from electrical surges or environmental factors;
  • damage from failure to care for the product;
  • damage from unauthorised modifications;
  • dissatisfaction where the product matches its description but does not suit your personal preferences.

4. Standard Warranty

If your product becomes defective within 30 days of delivery/collection, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible.

When returning a defective product, you must include:

  • suitable packaging (original packaging not required), and
  • all accessories originally included.

Courier collection may be refused if the item is not properly packaged.

Unless the manufacturer offers a longer warranty, we cannot accept returns of defects reported after 30 days.


5. Vouchers & Coupons

There are two types of coupons:

  • Fixed Coupon (e.g., €10 off)
  • Percentage Coupon (e.g., 10% off)

If you used a coupon and your order is cancelled or returned:

  • The coupon value is deducted from the product’s purchase price.
  • We will credit your account for any remaining balance (or refund you where applicable).
  • Coupon value is not refundable in cash.

6. Charges

If you return a defective product but fail to return all accessories:

  • we may refuse the return,
  • replace only the returned item, or
  • deduct the value of missing parts from your refund/credit.

If you send items to us by mistake and want them returned, you may need to cover return shipping.

If a product is returned in violation of this policy, you may be charged:

  • the cost of collecting the product, and
  • the cost of returning it to you.

Refunds do not include shipping charges.
You are responsible for:

  • prepaid return shipping,
  • adequate insurance, and
  • the condition of products during transit.

We cannot guarantee receipt of any items you return.
Shipping and handling fees are non‑refundable.
