changes do not affect orders already accepted.

1) Order: Your order is an offer to buy.
2) Acknowledgment: We may send an acknowledgment; this is not acceptance.
3) Acceptance: A binding contract forms when we dispatch the Products and send a shipping confirmation.
4) Rejection/Cancellation: Orders may be declined or canceled (e.g., stock issues, address/verification problems, suspected fraud).
Pre‑authorizations will be released or refunded where applicable.

8. Payment

You authorize us to charge the payment method selected at checkout. Orders may be subject to
verification and anti‑fraud checks.

9. Shipping, delivery, and risk

Dispatch cut‑off: Orders placed before 13:00 Monday–Friday (CET – Berlin time) are usually dispatched the same business day.

10. Customs & import

For deliveries outside the seller’s country, you are responsible for ensuring lawful import and
for duties/taxes/fees. Customs delays are outside our control.

11. Withdrawal & returns

Your statutory rights (including the EEA withdrawal right, where applicable) and our full process are described in our Refund & Returns Policy. Please follow the instructions provided there and note any lawful exclusions.

Refunds are processed promptly once the returned items are received and inspected, in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.

BAODAO GmbH orders are governed by German law. Jurisdiction: courts of [Rostock, Germany].

If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts remain in full force.

We may assign our rights/obligations. You may not assign your rights without prior written consent.
