If a product is out of stock at the time of purchase, we will notify you and issue a full refund using your original payment method.
Orders are fulfilled from our European distribution centre. Products may arrive in separate shipments depending on availability and logistics.

We ship using trusted DHL services to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
DHL Paket Premium
Delivery time: 2–3 working days

DHL Express
Delivery time: 1 working day / overnight

Free Shipping
Orders over €100 qualify for free DHL Paket Premium shipping.
Delivery time estimates begin from the date your order is shipped, not the day it is placed. Delivery times may vary depending on location, customs, carrier workflow, and peak volume periods.
We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
Same‑Day Dispatch (Cut‑Off Time)
Orders placed before 13:00 (CET – Berlin time), Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day.
Orders placed:
- after 13:00 on Thursday, or
- at any time on Friday,
will be dispatched on the next business day (Monday).
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery method
- Order weight
- Delivery location
Any additional charges (e.g., remote area fees) will be displayed before payment.

Damaged Items During Transit
If your parcel arrives with visible damage, please contact us immediately at:

Where We Ship
We currently ship to most European and international destinations.
If your country does not appear at checkout, it means we cannot ship there at this time — please contact us for assistance.
If we are unable to verify your address, the order may be cancelled without notice.
Some orders may require a signature on delivery.
International Orders
For customers outside the EU:
- All duties, VAT, import taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Local customs authorities may apply additional inspections or charges depending on your country’s import regulations.
- TKTX Europe® is not responsible for packages delayed, held, or rejected by customs.
By placing an order to a country outside the EU, you confirm that you understand and comply with your local import rules.
Late Delivery
While DHL usually provides reliable delivery, transit times are not guaranteed.
Shipping fees are non‑refundable once the parcel has been handed to the carrier.
For service‑related delays, please contact the courier directly with your tracking number.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.
Tracking may take time to update depending on the courier’s processing.
If your parcel has no update for several days, this is normal until it reaches a DHL sorting facility.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout.
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses may lead to delays or returned parcels.
- If a parcel is returned due to an address error, the customer is responsible for paying the reshipment cost.
We cannot modify an address after the parcel has been shipped.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
Once a parcel is handed to DHL, TKTX Europe® is not responsible for:
- Lost packages
- Misrouted packages
- Delivery failures caused by courier error
- Unclaimed parcels that get returned
Any shipping issues must be reported within 48 hours of the last tracking update so we can assist you.
Buyer Protection applies to every order, and we will help guide you through courier claims where applicable.
