Using this on my back at the moment, very painful spot but the cream after leaving it on covered for 2 hours has managed to bypass all pain on the ribs and back; I’ve been using this product for years and the new version with 23% lidocaine is much better in comparison to the older 7/8% tube. Obviously the cream doesn’t really do much on areas directly on the bone for example the shin/kneecap/ directly on the spine. I would advise buying it in bulk if you’re doing a larger project like I am on the back so you save money and each individual tube becomes cheaper.

Great - but left red

I applied the cream on for about 90min but it made my skin extremely red, and not sure why I as usually have no reaction to anything. But otherwise it assist with the rib tattoo that was quiet large :)

My experience to the product was average, the time that is indicated that it should last was not correct. It only lasted about a hour an i applied it as indicated Its an okay product for small tattoos

We used TKTX as instructed and we're blown away by the effectiveness. The area stayed numb for several hours allowing the body modification artist to take her time and work comfortably. If you need hard-core numbing you can't go wrong.

BEST IN THE MARKET

This product is simply the best!! Used it on a fairly big piece for my small self and felt absolutely no pain. The tattoo session was 4 hours and it was still numb after the tattoo. There is no change to the healing process and no extreme pain once the tattoo is complete. I have 1 extra cream ready for my next tattoo.
